Step 2, 02-23-2008

So it's finally happening .... our house is in the works! We went to check out our lot this past weekend (2/17) and although it may seem like a few pieces of wood to some people, it's just the start of what the future hold for us! This is a picture of us taken from our backyard with the back wall of our house directly behind us. We picked all of the specifics about three weeks ago and are excited to finally see some progress. A couple friend of ours live right down the street from our future home and are keeping a watchful eye on the progress for us ... thanks Bicklein's!!

Our completion date is scheduled to be May 31st but we're counting on the house being completed mid-June. Keep your fingers crossed for us! We couldn't be any happier or any more blessed to not only have our own home but to be able to build it just the way we want it! If anyone is in the San Antonio neighborhood in the near future, please be sure to make your reservations ahead of time because our casa is booking up fast! ;)

The photo on the top is a picture taken from the back right corner of our backyard looking towards the front of the house. Our backyard is rather oddly shaped but still full of trees and BIG!

The photo on the bottom is a view from the right front corner of our house looking towards the back of the house. Directly in front will be the garage.
